With over twenty-five years of experience in the title insurance industry, Anthony Chiellino is the Founder and President of Prestige Title Agency, Inc., which has operated continuously since 1987 and services a national customer base of real estate attorneys, developers, investors, bankers, and other real estate industry professionals. Under Mr. Chiellino’s guidance, Prestige Title has become one of the largest and most respected title companies in the New York Metropolitan area, with offices in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to Prestige Title, Anthony Chiellino founded and established the U.S. Title Research Company, which provided professional title research services to major title insurance companies. Earlier in his career as a Title Examiner with Title Guarantee Title Insurance Company, Mr. Chiellino received comprehensive underwriting and operational training.
Mr. Chiellino is a recognized title expert and has been published and quoted in numerous industry trade publications. Mr. Chiellino is a member of the New York State Land Association and the American Land Title Association. He is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and Young Mortgage Bankers Association of New York.
Committed to community and philanthropic causes, Anthony Chiellino is an active member of the Columbus Citizens Foundation, a major provider of scholarships for college and high school students. Mr. Chiellino is also an active fundraiser for St. Judes Children’s Hospital. ::top::
Michael Alfieri is Senior Counsel and Vice President for Prestige Title Agency, Inc. Mr. Alfieri has over 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Mr. Alfieri is the former Vice President and Senior Agency Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company of New York based in New York City. At First American, Mr. Alfieri was also Underwriting Counsel in its Direct Branch Operations in New York City and in its National Division. Mr. Alfieri has been involved and has been instrumental in thousands of transactions, including many high-liability, complex real estate deals.
Michael Alfieri is a graduate of Vermont Law School where he also received a Master’s degree in the Study of Environmental Law (M.S.E.L). He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University. Mr. Alfieri is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Section. ::top::
Donna Rodecker is counsel for Prestige Title Agency, Inc. Ms. Rodecker has 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
Ms. Rodecker was previously the sole proprietor of a successful title examination business where she researched and analyzed real property records and performed related real property tasks.
Donna Rodecker is a graduate of Touro Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Adelphi University. Ms. Rodecker is admitted to practice law in New York State, and she is a member of the New York State Bar Association. ::top::
Drew Melchionni is Vice President of Sales for Prestige Title Agency, Inc. Mr. Melchionni is responsible for cultivating and expanding the firm’s residential and commercial business relationships among attorneys, real estate developers, mortgage brokers, and institutional lenders within the greater New York metropolitan area and throughout the country.
Mr. Melchionni had previously worked at a major title company, where he enjoyed a successful track record of business development. Earlier in his career, he was a head trader for Kepmen Capital, LLC, responsible for trading equities for the hedge fund.
Mr. Melchionni brings to Prestige Title unique experience as a team player and competitor. He was a 3x lacrosse All-American for the University of Virginia and played professionally in Major League Lacrosse. Mr. Melchionni is a member of YREP, MBA of New York and is a board member in the Young Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Melchionni holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. ::top::
